Building services.
Raffles built a shed/summer house 24ft by 10ft for our riding club to use. It was built to a very high standard and we would be very pleased to recommend their work.

They removed the back of our 400 year old cottage and made a fantastic job of it. They put in new waste and drains. They replaced rotten oak beams where necessary but repaired with new 'old' wherever possible. 1st class price and service.

General work
Excellent quick and efficient service. Very tidy and with minimum disruption. I had a complete bathroom re fit and complex plumbing problems reduced. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Breakfast bar and two built in cupboards

Ralph adapted units salvaged from our kitchen work to create two separate storage areas (one doubles as a breakfast bar). He also built a cupboard under the stairs. He showed great ingenuity in the design and execution of these projects and the results are helping resolve our storage difficulties. We are very pleased with the results.

New bathroom

This job involved creating a new bathroom within our timber framed listed property. A complete new drain and outlet had to be installed. A window was fitted into the original timber frame, and a new wall built to separate out the space for the new room, which was then fitted out with bath, etc., and tiled. At all stages, the greatest care was taken to respect the original fabric of the building, while achieving the highest finish. We are extremely pleased with the result!

New kitchen

The work involved completely stripping out the old kitchen, demolition of a wall between it and an adjoining room, and then completely fitting out the extended room (new floor, plumbing, units, etc.). I was dreading the upheaval, but Mr. Kennedy went to great trouble to ensure that the work was done with as little trouble to us as possible. The new kitchen is beautiful, with great care to every detail and some clever solutions to minor problems. I would recommend Mr. Kennedy to anyone who wanted a good job done by a conscientious and courteous tradesman.
