In May 2006 I quoted on work, in October 2006 I honored a 5 month old discounted quotation. I then had to chase payment. Client then called us in July 2007 and complained of weeds coming up, I had explained 6 months is the maximum from a weedkiller. I had not heard anymore from this client until this feedback report, which I feel is unnecessary and unjust.
