Replaced flat roof on garage.
Michelle who runs the office was extremely helpful, was very clear about what would need examining for the quote and when the tradesman would visit to examine and quote. Following the visit and quote, I was kept up to date as to when the work would be undertaken, and that there may be changes to the agreed date weather dependent. As it turned out, the work was done earlier than anticipated. All the work required was clearly explained, both cost and purpose, so no obscure tradesman talk which is often used to bamboozle customers and hide the fact that unnecessary or overcharged work would be carried out. I also overpaid on a bill, which they immediately offered to refund! Very pleased, and will use them again.

Extension felt roof replaced.
Rick did an excellent job at a very competitive rate! I wanted to give Rick some 8s or 9s since his track record for perfects score was impeccable and I can understand the pressure to maintain a perfect score can be difficult. Unfortunately I could not fault the workmanship therefore it will have to be perfects 10s again (sorry Rick). Am very pleased with the 10 year warranty that Rick provides.

Flat roof repair around soil stack.
RDB Roofing were excellent in all aspects and I have no qualms in recommending them. I have now asked them to quote for a much larger project.

Flat porch roof.
Excellent service, area was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend or use again. Price was also very good best quote we had and I would say probably the best service.

Renew and level off large flat roof and replace associated guttering.
Bad weather had made scheduling difficult, but I was kept informed and all went very well. Rick is clearly a skilled specialist and I would use RDB Roofing again without hesitation.

Re roofing of flat garage with 3 layers of bonded roofing felt.
The work was carried out to a high standard, if such a thing is possible, it was a pleasure to employ RDB Roofing. We would have no hesitation in using RDB Roofing again.

Sundry repairs to leaking roof and gutters.
I didn't believe all the good scores RDB Roofing had on this website, but Rick gave a very competitive quote and did exactly what he promised he would do. Indeed, he also repaired a loose tile that was not in the original quotation, but he didn't charge any extra for it.
