The job commenced on time and work proceeded as planned. We have had to change one of our suppliers due to unreliability and sub standard service. Our new rep phoned me and asked to meet me as a matter of urgency. He met me on-site and he took longer than I had wished for. I did apologise to the customer. This short delay did not affect the quality of the installation in any way.

Could have followed fitting instructions for washing machine better as the packing bolts were left in causing severe vibration. Also very difficult to remove and replace washing machine. Overall service good.

We take full responsibility for the oversight of not removing the transit bolts, it was a genuine mistake, the problem was rectified as soon as we had the call from the customer, we apologise for this error. We had serious problems fitting the integrated washing machine as the depth of the adjacent base units were much less in standard, we had to recess the pipework into the wall and route some of the plumbing under the machine making it difficult to install. The machine was eventually fitted to the customers’ satisfaction.
