Emergency callout to gushing boiler.
Rick came immediately and lay in a puddle on my kitchen floor while he diagnosed and fixed the problem, with the joint to the pipes leading to the boiler. He had a very pleasant and professional manner and explained everything clearly.

Service to gas boiler.
Excellent customer service from the first point of contact, to arriving for the appointment on time and carrying out the job in a polite and efficient manner. I will be recommending Rick to family and friends. In fact I have already booked him to return and carry out a repair to my shower. Very reasonable price too.

Fixed boiler by replacing faulty valve.
What a nice chap. Came over promptly. Very pleasant and calm. Came back to fix problem when he promised (the same morning) and would feel happy to call him again in the future.

Spotted fault on boiler changed PCB.
