Repaired two leaking chimneys and insulated loft
Managed to find long standing problem with one of the chimneys and did excellent job overall within time scale and quotation. Both Martin and Paul pleasant and reliable and would definitely use again. Just have plenty of biscuits and tea available!

Fixed bulging floor to allow front door to close
I found Martin on Check-a-Trade and he came out within two hours of me calling as I could not shut my front door which I thought was amazing, even though it was after 6pm! He talked me through the problem and explained what needed doing, gave me the options - how much it would cost for him to do it and what my husband would have to do to fix it. We tried to do it ourselves the next day but we couldn't manage it, so we called Martin up and he came out and fixed it. As a woman alone in the home I felt very comfortable with Martin - he is polite and courteous. I particularly liked the way he explained step by step what was wrong and what the options were so that I could choose the solution based on my budget. 100% recommend.
