Very pleasant electrician. Sadly didn't take away the rubbish like they said that they would and then, a week later, received an invoice for parts used, without any warning. They were good, but left a disappointing final impression with invoice which was sent out without warning.

The electricians who came out were here the following day to carry out repairs and explained what the fault was and promptly rectified it. Both electricians were polite and very knowledgeable about the situation and left the place clean and tidy on their departure.

The most important aspect of their work for me is that when quoting they always advise what would be best for my situation rather than trying to sell me the most expensive. Excellent firm of electricians, responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and carried out the work to a very high standard. The work was completed in the expected time despite the very bad snow which meant the electrician had to park several roads away and walk to my house. Very impressed, would definitely recommend.
