Response from Redec:
I am very disappointed in my clients comments as the work he refers to was not on my initial quote which he agreed to and one of the extras was asked for specifically to be done during the work and the other item was found to be required during the work. Although the client did write a comment on his returned invoice slip as to the fact that there were extra items invoiced for he also commented that because they were for small amounts he was willing to pay for them. I feel this customers comments are totally out of sync with my many other Checkatrade monitoring card comments and that if the said client were asked if the additional work undertaken was on the original quote which he agreed to he would have to answer NO.
