What can I say about this man? Absolutely brilliant! Neil visited us to view the job at extremely short notice (His actual words were, "I'm only around the corner so I'll walk over in the next few minutes"). When he arrived, he gave an honest assessment of the work he felt needed doing. This was all the more impressive because the job wasn't the biggest he's likely to have had in recent times. Neil provided us with a very competitive quote and completed the work very quickly indeed, keeping us informed throughout. Best of all, Neil even gave the soffits a wipe down while he was there: It's levels of service and pride in one's work like this that I've often heard my parents speak about in times gone by. Overall, I can't recommend this company highly enough - It was genuinely a pleasure to do business with Neil.

Response from Redec:
I am very disappointed in my clients comments as the work he refers to was not on my initial quote which he agreed to and one of the extras was asked for specifically to be done during the work and the other item was found to be required during the work. Although the client did write a comment on his returned invoice slip as to the fact that there were extra items invoiced for he also commented that because they were for small amounts he was willing to pay for them. I feel this customers comments are totally out of sync with my many other Checkatrade monitoring card comments and that if the said client were asked if the additional work undertaken was on the original quote which he agreed to he would have to answer NO.
