I was very pleasantly surprised by the conduct and professionalism of Sean Reeves. Punctual, worked cleanly and removed shoes (unasked) in the house. He resolved a complicated issue with one of my water tanks. I did not ask for an estimate which I thought might be a bit risky. In the event, I need not have worried. Nothing wrong with work done, but did not cure problem with boiler, which was with the burner relay. Due to return on 30/03 ,but didn't due to family problems. No communication from themselves until Monday 02/04 12.30hrs. Left us with out hot water/heating for w/e 31/1st April. Had to get another heating engineer to fix problem.

I am quite shocked to see that I have recieved a negative feedback from this customer as he rang me in the evening with a boiler fault and saying he had not had hot water for the last week. I attended the following day and replaced a faulty pump and needed to order another part to complete the fix. Unfortunately, during this time I had a family member taken into hospital which I explained to the customer and advised them to get another engineer as I was unsure of when I would be back due to my circumstances - what more could I do? As you can see from all my previous feedback I am a very reliable person.

Last week there was a loud crash from our airing cupboard and we discovered that the expansion cylinder of our central heating tank had crashed down from its fixings causing a leak and damage to the pipework. Sean came to the rescue and fixed the problem over the weekend so that we had hot water and heat again. He even upgraded the fixings for the expansion cylinder to prevent a similar problem from happening again. Sean was punctual, cheerful, conscientious, professional and I think he left the airing cupboard tidier than he found it!

Came along and put down protective sheets, drained out radiators and moved them to new locations, giving advice at the time. Plumbed in and filled system, tested, drained, flushed and filled and tested again. Took a while to test but then I was told this is normal to let it run to temperature and ensure no leaks.
