Quite a complicated job but he was very helpful and completed the work to a high level. Very happy with work and cost.

Replacement of a sink unit shelf.

Graham and Carol came to replace a shelf in my sink unit which had bowed. The unit had been installed in May 2010. They replaced this free of charge with no quibbles. Service as before was very good.

Complete maisonette bathroom re-fit, plus some updating of kitchen.

We are very pleased. The quote was very fair and Graham and Carol were accommodating in fitting in some extra work that ought to make the maisonette comfortable and attractive to a prospective rental client. The bathroom is looking good and the kitchen is much improved. Graham is cheerful, patient and a perfectionist, Carol is a highly skilled plasterer and they liaised well with other trade professionals. Graham's advice about associated works, including the need for a suitably sized hot water cylinder to feed the Aqualisa Quartz shower was very sound. He has a good contacts book, we'll be using Michael the plumber and Dave the plasterer again and we already feel confident about Colin, the double glazing guy, ahead of his visit. Thank you, Graham and Carol. We'll be phoning Refurbishment Services in a few weeks regarding further work.

Rebuild of ensuite bathroom.

Graham and Carol were honest, reliable, hardworking and considerate at all times. They took care around the house to ensure dust and dirt did not spread when removing our old ensuite shower cubicle. All work to be carried out was clearly explained and we were constantly updated on progress. Any problems encountered were quickly and efficiently resolved. The quality of their work is excellent and we are really pleased with the results. We would not hesitate to recommend Refurbishment Services to others, we will definitely be using these guys again in the future.

Inserting new cartridge in tap.

I have previously commented very favourably regarding the installation of two new bathrooms including the tiling in my house. Some eighteen months later, one of the new taps started to leak from around the swivel mixer. The manufacturers of the tap immediately accepted liability and sent me a new cartridge which, on paper, seemed easy to replace but which, in practice, was not. I contacted Graham and he and Carol, even though it had nothing to do with them, both came round just as soon as they could and sorted the problem out for me and without charge. If that is not great 'after sales service' I don't know what is. As I have said previously, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Amazing! The work they have completed not only looks great its done so very well. My daughter recommended them to me, they are fantastic and I am very pleased I chose them. Very honest and trustworthy and the outcome means I have a working bathroom, finally. Thank you so very much.

Bathroom refurbishment (tiling, plumbing, plastering, electrical work).

Graham and Carol worked diligently and with the utmost care and professionalism. I was very impressed by the obvious pride they took in their work, and their ability to tackle any problem which presented itself (unforeseen plumbing and electrical issues which they took care of for me). I was happy to leave them with complete access to the house in my absence - they were a delight to have in my home and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Removal of shower tray, cubicle and bidet replaced with new shower tray and screen and associated tiling.

Refurbishment of an existing en-suite.

Very helpful and diligent in their approach to the work. Overall quality of the work was good albeit with some elements where this could have been better, such as door hanging and finishing of the plinth to the enclosed cistern and vanity unit. I have had some problems with product quality (Underfloor heating control unit and shower door). I did not explicitly select these products but have had to sort out the problems with the manufacturers myself, which has been frustrating. Very responsive to a water leak from the new electric shower unit (coming out on a bank holiday Monday). On the whole, I would use them again.
