The fitter who promised to come out on Sunday to fit worktop did not turn up and as the tiler was starting the next day I was panicking. I went online to Checkatrade and 'phoned Graham of Refurbishment Services and explained the problem and he was extremely helpfull, even although he was in the process of moving home, he and Carol came out the next morning and made an excellent job in fitting two different sizes of worktop to fit. Great workmanship and friendly people to have in my home I certainly would recommend this company. A Big Thank You Graham and Carol.

Being very pleased with our first bathroom fitted by Refurbishment Services, we asked Carol and Graham to come back and do another, plus our bedroom which needed insulating, cupboards knocking out, a stud wall taking down and another put up. They did a great job on both rooms and we are very pleased with the results. Would recommend.

Graham and Carol are my heroes. I had employed the "services" of a Polish "handyman". He had no experience installing kitchens and after 2 weeks of struggling with the wrong tools and lack of experience he walked out on the job. He left me with damaged worktops and £450 out of pocket. I found Graham's advertisement in the RH10 magazine and from the start he has been an absolute star. He came straight round and arranged a plasterer to plaster my walls the very next day. Graham and Carol then had to put right what the previous rogue builder made wrong. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, conscientious, hard working, honest and professional. I cannot sing their praises enough! My kitchen now looks fantastic. Graham and Carol went over and above the call of duty by keeping my costs down and even working their days to complete the job quickly for me. The cost of installing the kitchen was very fair. They have a customer for life and I will happily recommend them to all of my friends, family and colleagues with the confidence that they are true professionals.

Graham and Carol were recommended by our architect to do immediate work on some very dated bathrooms. They gutted 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom (which were floor to ceiling tiles) and started again. Our one picky request was that we hate boxing, Carol and Graham went to every effort to hide all pipe work for us and succeeded in creating 3 fantastic rooms. They worked to a very high standard including the quality of the products they used. They were very aware of the dust and dirt and protected the carpets and hoovered every night. The job took longer than anticipated due to very bad weather and a few extra client requests! I would use Graham and Carol again.

From our first telephone conversation requesting a quote to the completion day we found Graham and Carol to be very courteous, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable about their work, with an attention to detail quality that is harder to find these days. We had already purchased our kitchen and had some problems that were the suppliers fault but thankfully Graham and Carol helped us out a great deal and were able to sort everything out for us. AMAZING!!! Refurbishment Services are nothing but AMAZING.... I have been very unlucky and had what can only be described as a cow boy start the work and 3 months later be no where near finished and in fact had left a very unsafe mess behind! This is where Graham and Carol (the Heroes) took over and have made what was nothing but an un safe mess into a lovely, safe working main Bathroom and En-Suite. I cant thank them enough. They are very tidy, extremely thorough, always on time, very trustworthy, very hard workers and it was an absolute pleasure to have them in the house. My only wish is that I had used Checkatrade and found Graham and Carol before the cowboy and put up with 3months of stress. After a call out over the Xmas period - and very prompt response the problem was correctly identified and temporarily fixed - a severe leak from toilet jolly tank had caused tiles to lift with considerable damage. After allowing floor to thoroughly dry out and at a convienient date the floors were replaced properly - excellent tiling - very clean work, dust prevention, carpet and stairs covered no mess.Very pleased all round.
