Garage door would not shut.
We called Regent on Monday morning, hoping that they would be able to come round in the next few days to sort out what was wrong with the garage door. By 10.30 the same morning, it was repaired and fully functional. The amount that we paid was less than the original quote, which was a pleasant surprise. From the initial call to the repair and final bill, we are very happy with their service and will not hesitate to recommend and to use Regent again.

Replace motor on electric garage door and safety sensor.
What appeared initially to be a fairly straightforward job resulted in over a days work in very cold weather conditions. Stuart was extremely polite and informative throughout and couldn't stop apologising. I also had several conversations with Linda who was equally as helpful. We would have no hesitation in calling them again. Arrived on time and very trustworthy.

I cannot rate our experience highly enough. The engineer was prompt, very competent and sympathetic to my elderly mother, and made no charge for extensive research undertaken to identify the exact nature of the fault. Once the fault was identified (For info, door was not installed by them) we were provided with all price options from full repair to replacement. Opting for the repair. We only had to wait a few days for the parts to come in, before the engineer re attended, again promptly and undertook the required work. The quote provided was the price we paid, and they even gave the door a much needed clean! First class service from a first class, local company.
