Joe and the team from Regional Roofing have just completed work on a New Roof, new Porch Roof and undertaken repairs to a flat roof. Myself and my neighbour had work done at the same time and are both delighted with the results. Joe's team are neat and tidy, considerate, polite and professional. The work they have completed is stunning - myself and my neighbour's houses form a corner block so we are able to view the work in it's entirety from the street. I also have a loft conversion with Velux windows and patio doors on both sides so can see the work and it's quality up close. Joe used great looking large dark slate tiles and both my neighbour and I opted for Lead finishing at the edges which really is the icing on the cake and worth the extra cost. As well as the quoted roof work Joe's team undertook repairs to a my flat roof with no extra cost and have even guaranteed it! The team really went the extra mile for us encountering a number of serious issues along the way on both houses which they dealt with in their stride an under the original quote. They took the time to show me the issues and describe what they were going to do to correct those issues before starting work - then showed the repairs in stages as they were completed. This was also the case with the quoted roof work and as such I feel so very confident in the work done having been included as part of the build. All Regional Roofing work is guaranteed and the team are on call should you need them in the future. I highly recommend you make them your fist port of call if you are considering a new roof or repairs to an existing one! Thanks Guys ;-)...

These guys were good! Work and extra completed in a week from estimate. Roof and chimneys needed alot of work, extra to original work, of which was for Guttering only. Roof letting water inside walls, as you can imagine, was a problem that needed fixing. Was very stressed about problems but Jo reassured me that they could resolved. Very courteous and efficient. A second chimney also needed rebuilding. As we had requested, Joe examined the whole roof to which little had been done in the past 30 years and succeeded in matching the tiles and hips which required replacing to the original. In my opinion the quality of the workmanship was poor and we have had to employ a proper roofer to completely re-do the work. He refused to answer phone calls and come back to fix the problem. We are now taking him to the small claims court to get our money back.

I feel that I have to disagree with the customers comments. Unfortunately I was away on holiday when the problem arose. Hence the customer having to get another trader to rectify. I always ensure that I honor my work which I would have happily done on my return. I did Inform the customer at the time that the chimney brickwork was soft, crumberling whilst I was doing the lead work on the chimney. Customer was happy to proceed with the work. I always ensure customer satisfaction at all times hence my good feedback on my website.

Despite my not having completed my property purchase, Mr. Smith agreed to collect the keys from the sellers agents in order to try and locate the problem of water ingress into my top floor flat. He did this completely on spec and trust and after duly sending his quotation, he had to wait another 8 weeks for the job to finally take place. He and his assistant were punctual, polite and very professional, keeping site disruption to an absolute minimum and cleaning away all debris. As promised - and guaranteed for 10 years - there has been no more water leaking into the flat despite the high winds and rain we have been having. Would highly recommend for both large and small jobs as someone who is conscientious, reliable and knows his work.
