From the first time I was introduced to the final hand shake it all went to plan. The boys arrived on time and moved my furniture as if it was there own. They took great care of all items moved and did it at speed. The boys were very polite and nothing was to much trouble. They even took my Sofas arms off to get it through the door of my new house. From initial contact for quote, through many delays with exchange and completion date, the firm kept in touch and were really helpful and supportive, despite frequent change of moving date! Guys who packed (very well - no damaged items) and removed were exceptional in their consideration and care and nothing was too much trouble for them. When they came to the house to give us a quote they were very helpful and professional, giving us suggestions about what we needed to consider. Their quote was the lowest quote and we were delighted with the professional service we received. They loaded a large van the day before and kept it in secure storage overnight. This meant there was less to do on the moving day. They helped us to pack up the kitchen, even though we had agreed we would do the packing ourselves. They used lots of wardrobes boxes to help us move the clothes efficiently. The vans were fully loaded before we had "completed". Additional removal men were brought in to help unload the vans and the men were really careful and professional, expertly manoeuvring a piano and large sofas safely into the house. They were also brilliant helping to lift items for storage into the loft. We were able to keep the packing boxes as long as we needed to and they picked them up as soon as we rang them to say they were ready for pick up. At all times the removal men were courteous, good-willed and hard working. We would definitely use them again and would strongly recommend them.

The packers worked diligently packing everything in just three hours. I didn't feel invaded by their presence and they were pleasant and friendly. The next day they came and moved me in a timely fashion, only stopping for a short lunch break when they could see that we had stopped for a bite to eat 'on the hoof'.
