“The quality of the product provided was inconsistent and could not be described as having a good quality fit and finish. When these inconsistencies were pointed out the reply from Gary was that they were within "Industry tolerance" and were as such acceptable. The fact that gaps were more prevalent in some blinds than others could not be accepted. The fact that the customer paying didn't find them acceptable was irrelevant.”

Response from Regnum Blinds Ltd:
We feel sorry that this product has not met with the customer expectation , we pride ourselves on not only our service but also our products. The blinds in question are eight intu Roller blinds and we accepted that there is a small gap differential between each blind at the bottom rail and the side channels. However as explained to the customer both window manufacturers and blind manufacturer have to work a tolerance, and ours is 3mm. All differentials are within this tolerance and we cannot guarantee that any replacements would resolve this issue.
Due to the customers initial enquiry for Blackout blinds, we believe that the customer was hoping for a greater blackout quality from this product but at no time was this sold as a total blackout solution.
