“Straight forward blinds fitted fine; which meant when they ordered wrong colour for one blind I could wave it off. However, for a complicated square bay, the consultation recommending voiles and roman blinds never mentioned the complexity of the fitting or took into account aesthetics, so I was left with voiles that cant roll all the way up, gaps and an unsightly mess at the top where the header boards attach to the frame. Plus lots of chains which were then drilled to the walls with plastic safety devices. Maybe someone would have thought to mention that legal requirement at consultation?”

On the most complicated of installations we liaise with customers wherever possible to find the best solution we can and we are sorry that the customer feels this has not happened in this instance.
