Perfectly punctual (10 minutes early) smartly turned out and very civil, Mr Liversidge arrived to carry out a free estimate for fixing a leaky main roof. Realised problem immediately and fixed on the spot (clearing out blocked Velux channels).At my request took time to review rest of roof for possible maintenance requirements. Reported and photographed two minor items (no invented work). Suggested they could wait until further major work done to save scaffolding charges. I had to force a small gratuity on him in payment for work actually carried out as he said it was part of free estimate.(Sorry John, I promise not to tell Hannah) Outstanding. Will definitely adopt as 'preferred roofer'

I have used Reliable Roofers last year - John came and puzzled out why my flat roof was leaking in 3 different places by a series of "lets see if this fixes the problem" which cost small reasonable amounts and now no more leaks.. total bill was a couple of hundred pounds and NOT the thousands of pounds quoted by 3 other larger roofing companies who basically just wanted to rip the whole roof off and replace. He came today for routine maintenance and has advised on two small things that need fixing to keep the roof and bays shipshape and wateright and removed a bucket full of muck and grass clumps from the guttering. It is so nice to know you are getting a proper job done for a fair price with no "bull"! Very rare these days. Also Hannah in the office is very helpful and friendly and can recommend lots of other reliable tradesman and I have used some of them too.

After a series of heavy rainfall events had caused problems with overflowing gutters, John was able to come to my property earlier than originally anticipated. He was very friendly and professional in his approach and he gave me every confidence of being that reliable roofer. John did not walk through the house in muddy boots and he managed to collect an awful lot of muck from the gutters. He was able to give advice to both me and my neighbour regarding the current state of our roof/guttering/facias etc, advice that was clearly fair. The amount he was paid was what I had anticipated I would have to pay for a job done properly. Over the years I have used three or four different guttering companies but I was given that extra degree of confidence with Reliable Roofer and if I need anything done to my roof in future I will be using them again.

John inspected roof of property before we bought it and prepared a report and estimate for works so we knew what we were in for. Once moved in Hannah was very friendly and helpful when arranging for works to be done. On day of works John turned up on time, worked hard and left no mess.
