“This company was not the removal team of choice, as we were let down by another team last minute. The initial (half) team turned up late, the other half of the team turned up by calls from their boss! The assessment of the vehicles (vans) required was undersized or not packed properly to accommodate all our belongings, as we had to get a relative to use his van too. Once the team got going, they did move a lot of our belonging quickly. The removal team then drove both vans down to our storage unit to pick up the remaining items , only to find it would not fit in to the van?? say no more.”

Response from Removals of Berkshire:
Removals of Berkshire do their up most to provide the best customer service to each of its clients and to received negative feedback. This is a major concern to us. Which we will investigate and act upon accordingly. As the client stated we were not their first choice. Which we can appreciate and understand there disappointment of being let down by there first choice.Yet he only gave us a 3 out of 10 for reliability. Removals of Berkshire stepped in and helped them out. We went around to meet the client to see what he required. He told us that he has a relative who was going to take the garden and garage so we did not need to worry about that. And he said he has a few boxes in storage. So I sent a 7.5 ton lorry and a 3.5 ton luton. Not vans like the client stated. When both vehicles left the house they were both half empty. And when they left the storage place they where full up. And that is a few boxes and 2 hours of loading.
It is absolutely essential that the clients provides accurate information. Failing to do so can result in not having the correct team and transport.
