On both occasions the customer was informed of the situations that had occurred. The first day unfortunately the vehicle had broken down and we had to transfer the customers order to another vehicle which then made the fitters late. The second day the traffic was very congested due to an accident which caused the fitters to be late. Due to this kitchen being small it was difficult for the fitters to make the room look tidy at all times, especially when you can have three workers and tools in the kitchen at the same time. However all surfaces etc were protected with dust sheets at all times.

Absolutely delighted with our smart new kitchen. Re-Nu did an excellent job using some of the existing framework, moving some to new positions and creating some new where needed, to give us efficient use of limited space. Part of their "challenge" was to disguise a wall mounted boiler within a cupboard, which they achieved brilliantly. They installed a new washer/dryer, sink unit and a new Rangemaster cooker which, together with the new doors and drawers, completed the new modernised look. John and Andy worked so well together and came up with some very welcome extra design features as they went along. They were very polite, punctual, VERY hardworking, clean and tidy and a pleasure to have working in your home. From start to finish everyone that we have met in the Re-Nu team have been very polite and professional and we will not hesitate in recommending them.
