The above services are supported by our general building company of 45 years standing. With successfully completed refurbishment and renovation projects to the commercial and domestic sectors. Our maintenance division offers a service to undertake most jobs from day to day living including plumbing, plastering, decorating and carpentry. Our fully trained engineers will also provide a Power Flushing service if required.

The company is managed by Terry Blake MCIOB who has accrued 45 years experience in the construction industry. Mark Taylor has recently joined the team with plans of expansion.
Terry was managing director of T.C. Blake Building Contractors for 40 years which attained Chartered status in 1998 and now also operates independently as a chartered building consultant. He is a registered member of The association of project safety. He also acts as project co-ordinator on minor projects, as well as providing health and safety advice to many construction companies and their sub contractors.
