He came up with a good suggestion on what needed doing and then did it in a tidy and methodical way. Chris always kept me informed of when he was coming, even to let me know he would be 5 mins late! He worked well and carefully and when the path was lifted he found an original red brick path underneath (intact) which meant that we didn't have to concrete and lay tiles.

We had a wood burning stove installed and the installer bodged the brickwork and the flue. Therefore the wall was letting in rainwater. Chris identified the problem and even better fixed it quickly and without fuss. A very good find and will use again. Couldn't have been easier to deal with.

This was our first building project and Chris fully explained everything to us every step of the way. He helped improve our build by offering a technical solution to a problem we had which served to show his vast level of 'know-how'. Each member of his team is polite, punctual, helpful and effective. The project ran to schedule with each stage met when Chris said it would be. We are extremely happy with how things have gone and will use Chris and Resimix for any further building work we undertake.

The price was very competitive. They started work as requested and stuck to deadlines with some minor exceptions. They worked around us as much as possible to try and fit in with childcare and other issues. Work done was a very high standard and we were consulted throughout. Resimix were recommended to us and we would be more than happy to recommend them. The builders and other trades were friendly, polite and made every effort to create as little disruption as possible. If we need future work, we will definitely go to Resimix again.
