The utility room had become slightly flooded due to a leak and Paul came to quote for extending the internal wall and fully replacing the old bath fittings as well as the flooring and ceiling. I was away the week the work started and entrusted Paul with a key and also choosing all the fittings himself down to the shower and floor tiles. I had no problem trusting Paul with house access whilst empty and the items that he chose were better than I could have chosen myself and came in under the quoted fittings estimate. Seeing the work on my return I have to say the fittings and finish had far surprised what I was expecting with a great attention to detail. Would highly recommend his services.
