Drains blocked

Great positive experience. Even though it was a Sunday, Mr Williams, whom we had never known nor even heard of, came out immediately. We had been told the manhole cover could not be shifted but he had it sorted in about 50 seconds! His whole approach was to get on with the job, make little of it and sort the problem. Everything done with good humour and the odd joke. Anybody would think it was fun! If we all behaved like this wouldn't life be beautiful. God Bless You.
