Excellent. He repaired leaking tap valve for free. He explained the estimate did not allow for new radiator valves.

Fitted new ensuite bathroom (inc. Whirlpool bath, furniture, BTW toilet, frameless shower etc)

Richard persevered with and overcame some overly complicated product specs, designs and missing/damaged items which unfortunately resulted in our bathroom taking a couple of weeks longer than planned to fit and pushed up the total cost but we are extremely happy with the end result and Richard's dedication to a top class job. Roy Naish (electrician) and Micheal Penny (Bluebird Tiling) who Richard brought over to work on our bathroom also did first class, very professional work.
