We do not know how this customer missed this but we are pleased they were happy with the service provided. Really pleased with the work from Richardsons. Prompt and courteous, obviously take pride in their work. Kept well informed on the schedule of work and completion. Replaced fencing and gates. On front gate they even stripped the numbers off the old gate and attached them to the new one, this hadn't been asked for. Would use again and gladly recommend.

We consistently use Richardson fencing as not only are they competitively priced but good hard-working people. A couple of gateposts 'settled' (very normal!) and they were round straight away to rectify. They also did some 'emergency work' when a tree came down and we urgently needed it repairing to keep stock in and they attended immediately. Totally happy customers!

The work was done efficiently. However unbeknown to any one while putting in a fence post a drain was cracked. A couple of days later it became apparent that there was a blockage in the drain serving the downstairs loo. My email was responded to within 1/2 hour and the damage as inspected. The next day the repair was done and the area made good. What was most impressive in that this all occurred over the week-end and the repair work was carried out on Sunday morning. Richardson may not be the cheapest but they are certainly reliable and in the event of a mishap they exceeded expectation.

Richardson Fencing prides itself on customer satisfaction. This type of incident occurs occasionally and we always act as speedily as we can. We were not prepared to leave this until the Monday as toilet drain was blocked which is why we mobilised our staff on a Sunday. The customer contacted us before leaving their comments on Checkatrade to ask whether we wanted the incident mentioned. We advised the customer to tell it how it was and to leave scores they felt were due as it would hopefully show future customers how we deal with problems that occur. The work was carried out in my absence and on return a few days later I was delighted to see a very neat and tidy job, carried out totally to specification. The climbing rose which had been attached to the old fence had been carefully reinstated and "attached" to the new fence, apparently unharmed by the experience.
