Various odd jobs around the house

Jim is a reliable handyman. We go him to get through a variety of odd jobs, and he approached each one with diligence. He will suggest when he thinks there is a better way to do things that the way you have asked, and seems to care about getting the job done quickly and well. Would definitely consider using him again once the to do list in the house builds up again.
