Prompt attendance in snowy weather. Completed work (needing new part) quickly. Job was reasonably priced but as heating back on quickly and, considering the circumstances, was well worth the cost. Would use again.

Replacement of Main Water Supply Pipe
Rob and his son turned up exactly when they said they would at all times and indeed worked through freezing weather conditions to get the job done. Rob was prepared to undertake the job when all others wouldn't as he was unhappy to leave my family with 3 children without water. I would happily recommend him to anybody.

Replace old bathroom taps with new, Service boiler, disconnect old dangerous gas fires, replace and test new thermostat
Rob and Max, his son, arrived very promptly on all occasions. They were pleasant, easy and courteous to deal with. Everything was done extremely well and they were very clean and tidy. They were also good value for money. I will be using them again.

find problem and repair boiler
I am not a very trusting person but Rob sounded like a good guy on the phone so I booked him. I wasn't disappointed, my wife was at home when he and his son arrived, they found two problems and dealt with them efficiently and I was pleasantly surprised when my wife phoned to tell me the cost which I found very fair. He also gave some advice for the future. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends.
