Replace existing boiler with new one

Robin Hill has done a number of jobs for me and I would highly recommend him. His engineers know what they are doing and he is there to back them up.

Replacement of Boiler

I was pleased to find Robin through Checkatrade after the boiler in my sister's flat (who is ill in hospital) broke down and her tenants had no hot water. He visited at short notice to see if it could be repaired. After his visit he gave me the options which were available and I decided to have the boiler replaced (I suspected the boiler was beyond economic repair as a friend of my sister had told me she had been told this before). Within a couple of days Robin and his team had the boiler replaced and the tenants are now happy!

Removed ol boiler and installed combi

Very reliable. The work was for my elderley parent's and my dad is a nightmare worrier who creates problems. Robins team were there for three days, yet after the first day, my dad's worries ceased. The work was done in the time quoted and for the price quoted. When arranging the work to begin, we had to postpone a couple of times because of health issues relating to my parents. Robin was easy to converse with and nothing was a problem. Would definately recommend.

Boiler Replacement including new tank and a radiator

A very professional company. The quote was a maximum ie no risk of cost over run. They started and finished on schedule, minimised the mess and cleaned up well. The system is working well (though the real test will come in the winter). There were a couple of snags - faulty hot water tank probe and minor misconfiguring of the control unit. However, these have been dealt with promptly - which is the real test. The team included an apprentice (no charge to me). Good to see a commitment to training - a sign of a professional organization.
