I was pleased to find Robin through Checkatrade after the boiler in my sister's flat (who is ill in hospital) broke down and her tenants had no hot water. He visited at short notice to see if it could be repaired. After his visit he gave me the options which were available and I decided to have the boiler replaced (I suspected the boiler was beyond economic repair as a friend of my sister had told me she had been told this before). Within a couple of days Robin and his team had the boiler replaced and the tenants are now happy!

Very reliable. The work was for my elderley parent's and my dad is a nightmare worrier who creates problems. Robins team were there for three days, yet after the first day, my dad's worries ceased. The work was done in the time quoted and for the price quoted. When arranging the work to begin, we had to postpone a couple of times because of health issues relating to my parents. Robin was easy to converse with and nothing was a problem. Would definately recommend.

A very professional company. The quote was a maximum ie no risk of cost over run. They started and finished on schedule, minimised the mess and cleaned up well. The system is working well (though the real test will come in the winter). There were a couple of snags - faulty hot water tank probe and minor misconfiguring of the control unit. However, these have been dealt with promptly - which is the real test. The team included an apprentice (no charge to me). Good to see a commitment to training - a sign of a professional organization.

I called Robin on the Sunday as our toilet had broken and wasn't flushing anymore (nightmare!). He gave an estimate over the phone and they came round on Monday and fixed it. Took a little less time than he thought so it was cheaper than estimated. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Was very very impressed with the work that was completed. New boiler installed quickly with a fantastic finish and even took away my old boiler and water tanks. Would recommend Robin Hill Plumbing and Heating to everyone the whole process from quote to completion was a pleasure. At no point did I feel pressured into needing anything more other than what is required to heat my home. Will 100% be in touch to Service my new boiler when needed. Very courteous. Clean and tidy work, with clear explanations of work to be done. We phoned on the Tuesday evening and Robin came at 0930 that Thursday morning, as arranged, to do the Service and discuss the Timer Switch replacement. He recommended a certain model and gave a price. As he knew we had been looking at swtiches online, he suggested we might like to look at it online to make sure it was what we wanted and said we might even find it cheaper than his suppliers had quoted. We confirmed later that day and arranged for his partner, Bradley, to come on the Friday morning at 0900 to fit. However, due to an emergency job, Bradley was unable to come and Robin let us know by 0900 and arranged to come himself about 1300 that day. In fact, he arrived a little earlier, and completed the job in a short time. Both servicing and the timer replacement were reasonably priced.

Robin responded almost immediately to a problem I had with a leaking radiator and managed to take it off the wall and ease my concern about leaking water. He then found out the price of a new one and had his team come around the following day to fit it which they did with no fuss and no mess. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the work and would recommend Robin Hill Plumbing to anyone requiring an honest and reliable professional.

Wow.. Impressed from start to finish!!! I contacted Robin Hill one evening and they had visited/provided me with a quote for my requested work, within 24 hours and were available to do the work within 2 working days. Sam was my Plumber and he was kind, courteous, prompt, thorough and very clean! My Mum was on hand with the dust pan and brush - just in case, but got tired of having nothing to clean up, so just sat down and watched Daytime TV instead !!! I came Home to a Showroom Bathroom, as I got more than what I expected and did not have to pay a penny more - than what I was quoted. All very professional and positive. There were quite a few tricky bits associated - taking parts of flooring up etc - and the general approach was very much with a can-do attitude which was great. Easy and nice people to have around. After-care seems good too; came to fix a problem straight away which was actually my builder's fault. All in all highly recommended would definitely use Robin Hill Plumbing next time.

Right from the outset was impressed with the professionalism and service from Robin and his Team. Rang his business line and chose to ring his mobile when no answer. He answered and arranged to visit us the next day to give a free quote and investigate the issues. Within minutes I also received a courtesy call from his office advising that they had a missed call from my number - nice to see a company actually wanting business and following up! On the day of the appointment Robin arrived early and quickly identified the possible issues and explained the options for solving. Whilst we are taking some time to consider what to do was extremely impressed with the service and his honesty and professionalism. Will definitely use his services again!

Friendly, great communication and quick diagnosis of the problem. We spoke on the phone and I sent some pictures of the leaking pipe. Robbin was able to quote for the repair and turn up on the day with the part and quickly fix the problem. Other plumbers would not quote without first coming out and charging an expensive call out charge. Common sense approach which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using Robbin again for future plumbing needs.

Robin's team came and fixed the appalling drainage on our kitchen sink and bath, both now drain well. They also installed the plumbing for a dishwasher and instructed us in how to plumb it in ourselves, which saved us from having to get them out again once the dishwasher was delivered. They also fitted a gas cooker. Robin and his team are very courteous a polite, and were good at explaining what they were doing to fix the problems we had. We would use them again.

I can only highly recommend Robin and his crew! Robin has solved a plumbing issue which went on for weeks after a loft conversion. Boiler broke down and hot water tank was corroding from the inside out. Both needed to be replaced. Had a number of quotes and Robin Hill seemed the best value for money. They came the next day for a look to confirm the quote given over the phone then started work the day after (as they had to order the parts). They were very polite, very comfortable giving them a set of keys while they undertook the work with nobody else in the home and completed the job to a high standard and kept to the quote. Would definitely recommend.

Our boiler completely packed up and I was recommended to Robin Hill Plumbing by our neighbours. They came on the same day I have phoned them to come take a look at it, gave us the recommendation and the pricing straight away, and work has began as agreed and promised. Extremely efficient, hard-working, friendly and helpful, and tidy work with good communication done to us after the work for a quick training on the new boiler usage. Robin and his colleague were charming and polite and I felt very happy dealing with both of them over the phone and in person. The standard of work was excellent (they went to great efforts to repair a long-standing leak) and they were exceptionally clean and tidy. They even helped me out by removing some debris left by other tradesmen from my flat roof. The work ended up costing a bit more than had originally been quoted, but this was because it took longer than expected and I was kept fully informed of this. In any case, I was more than happy to pay the amount quoted for such professional workmanship. Highly recommended.

We had a boiler service and landlords certification completed, with a small fix the heating system the following week. The guys were a little late (due to unforeseen circumstances), but did their best to keep me informed about when they would manage to get round to us. But most importantly the appointment was still honoured, despite how late it was - which was much appreciated due to our restrictive time frames for fitting in the service in the first place.
