From the quote through to the work, John gave me full confidence that everything was going to be alright. The lead time to get the work done was short, so it pays to be flexible in your availability. Pleasant, hard working and open, John and his associate took less than a day to replace the felt on a garage roof, and the boards and felt of a flat roof shed. They kept the place tidy and completely cleared the rubbish same day. The invoice came in exactly as quoted for, and they were happy to let me have a poke around and examine their work. I would definitely get him in again if I needed further work, and would cheerfully recommend him to others!

I have not given a grading for the quality of the work as it was a repair to the flat roof on top of the house and I am unable to get up there to examine the finished job. However, we used John because he was recommended to us by a friend who is a builder, so I have no concerns on the quality of the work. Also I must add that John helped us out initially by making a temporary repair in the days just before Christmas to keep the roof watertight until he could return and quote for a full repair. We were very grateful for his consideration and help in doing that.

We had water coming through the roof in to our kitchen and thought we may need a new roof.
