Richard Walgate visited promptly after being contacted and e-mailed a quote within hours. A few days before the agreed date two of his team visited to inspect the site. When the roof was replaced, the work was done speedily and the site was left clean and tidy. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Double length flat roof garage, felt stripped and replaced, plus damp brickwork tidied up and pointed.
Work took three days as quoted, bad rain on second day forced short day working. We were extremely pleased with the three flat-roofers whole performance, which fully recommended to us and we would recommend the company to everyone.

Installed PVC membrane and perimeter flashing on flat roof
Finished product seems excellent. Start time was delayed due to traffic but general tidiness disappointing, with tenants complaining about mess in house, disgusting state of toilets used etc. Also, roof was not properly cleaned before they started (not their fault) but dirt, soil etc simply swept into garden downstairs.

We are disappointed by this feedback, which we believe was driven the tenant. The roof was in a poor state for us to begin with despite agreement for it to be cleared and cleaned prior to our start – we ended up cleaning the roof at no extra cost, something that seems to have been forgotten quite quickly. We were not the only workers using this bedroom access point (no other option available) and our team did clear/clean up upon completion. We feel that this feedback is unfair and not a true representation of events.

Removed 25yr old flat roof covering on our extension down. One side of the house and across the back and recover with new membrane.

We are very impressed with the work a carried out on our roofs. From the initial quote straight through to the completion of the work was great.
