Robseal were extremely responsive to my initial request to inspect. They provided good information regarding the repairs required and were extremely prompt with their quotation. I was kept informed at all times regarding when and what works would be carried out and the works were completed on the day that was agreed. Very impressive - a lot of other companies would do well to take a leaf out of their book.

Warm roof installation on dormer was carried out with minimum of fuss or mess over two days, and finished to a good standard. Tiling and fascia work took longer than planned as this work was new to particular employee, but staff willing to complete job to a satisfactory standard.

I was thoroughly impressed by Robseal. They understood the urgency of my predicament with a leaking roof. They were able to schedule the start of the job within a week of me accepting their quote and managed additional work required to rebuild a surrounding parapet wall, including sourcing all materials. They kept to their schedule despite difficult, showery conditions. They made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the materials used and the job as a whole. They kept to their quoted price which I thought was very reasonable, and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Substituting the old felt flat roof with the PVC material has given the roof a much cleaner and appealing look, easy to maintain, stronger and more durable than before. Very secured in the knowledge that any overlapping joints are heat welded together for a very strong bond.

Difficult working conditions because of the weather meant that the team had to work quickly to complete before it rained. Did a good job in improvising to make the roof structure was good - working with the building inspector. A couple of times they cut stuff short by mistake but fixed it up no problem. End result looks very neat and tidy.
