Did not charge to go up to loft to make water run better, very trustworthy and polite.

Various jobs in the kitchen and bathroom and in bedroom vanity unit.

Have had work done by Roger over the last 4/5 years or even longer and he has always replied to messages left on his phone very promptly. Have nothing but praise for his work around the house, he seems to be always able to spot the problem very quickly and set it right! Would gladly recommend him to one and all. It is so nice to have a workman who greets you with a smile and politeness nowadays and actually seems to want to do the work asked of him.

Remove and renew bathroom floor which was water damaged.

Roger provided a 1st class service, was polite courteous and very tidy! He provided a quote for the work and started the following week, it was a two day job as the sanitary ware and furnishings had to be removed before lifting the damaged floor. Roger worked tirelessly and to a high standard accepting only perfect finishes. He installed a new sub floor an laid laminate flooring before replacing the furniture and sanitary ware. At the end we asked Roger if he could help with replacing skirting board in the next room he did this without charge. Thanks Roger.

Replaced WC and basin radiator and fan. Tiled round bath and basin. Fitted shower screen.

Swap hot and cold water taps between kitchen sink and utility room sink, supply and fit external tap.

The work that was required was not as straightforward as it sounds from the 'brief description of work done' shown above. Swapping the 2 sets of taps over was made more awkward in that both sink units had all the drainage pipework, water supply pipes and electric wiring located in the area of work. In addition, the dual kitchen sink has a waste disposal unit beneath one of the sink units.
