Explained up front that they would carry out the work over a period of a few days to ensure cement dried out properly. But could not start immediately and we were entirely happy with that, but they did take it upon themselves to come back the next day to remove part of the broken tiles etc as they considered it was unsafe and were worried about it. The rest of the work was carried out as promised and we are very happy with it.

Roof Wizard advised that the flat roof was completely sound and the problem was likely to be a burst pipe in the roof void. A plumber was called, he was able to confirm this and mend the leak by going up through the ceiling, thus saving me a considerable amount of money. Will definitely use Roof Wizard for any future requirements.

Neil provided a quote with photographs to explain what exactly needed to be done. Prior to the work being carried out, he kept in touch and followed up any calls I had made to him, in good time. He arrived on time, the day he was booked in, and provided updates throughout the day on his progress. Once the work was complete he emailed photographs to me. Neil came highly recommended and I would use him again.

A little untidy finishing, with lots of dust coming into the house through a small opening. Only a very minor issue though and not entirely their fault. Once again, Neil advised and explained options and carried out work quickly and professionally. End result looks good and hope that this is the end to leaky flat roof. Had roof re-felted 2 years ago by a different (local) roofer who did a poor job which left roof still leaking. Wish we had found/used Roof Wizard before! Would use again. Seems a honest trustworthy tradesman.

Neil came and quickly diagnosed the suspected cause of small leak within our extension flat roof. Honestly commented that the roof covering was of good quality and well installed. Cause of leak probably due to small cracks in mortar in surrounding wall which he took photos of. Also advised that I clear gutters which I did where also saw the cracks that he referred to. Work carried out quickly and we hope problem solved. Having been let down by other roofers in the past, with good communication and friendly manner we feel we have found an honest trades person in Neil and have already asked him back for another larger job.

Our flat roof started leaking in three places so we had called a few companies to get quotes on the work. We felt Neil had been the most thorough. He provided photos of the damaged roof as it was too high up for us to see ourselves and provided a detailed breakdown in writing of the work that he thought needed to be carried out. We were also pleased that Neil was able to do the work without delay. Touch wood the leaking seems to have stopped! I would recommend Neil as he seems an honest bloke, and is reasonably priced and reliable. He also dropped e a courtesy email a week later to check everything was ok. Can't really ask for more than that.

Originally emailed Neil on 2nd January, he rang on the 3rd, promised to ring back on the 7th and did so, turning up about 20 minutes later as promised to do the work. In the end it turned out to be a fairly quick straightforward job to clear a plug of moss etc from the gutter/down pipe. I did feel that the charge was a little on the high side considering what was involved and the time it took, but I had nothing to compare it with and may be out of touch with how much these things cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neil or use him again as he seems very reliable.

I had some damp coming through on my chimney and thought the flashing was probably faulty however Neil advised we actually needed our chimney repointing as it wasn't of a good standard.
