Arrived on time. Very helpful and explained the procedures. Showed me the work that needed to be done and the work completed. Very fair price that did not increase even though I needed a few more tiles than I had originally told them I needed. This was a quick half hour job which many turned down as being 'too small'. After a flat roof was fitted by Roofsure UK we began to experience a strange smell in the kitchen. Daryl and his Brother visited and diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a dead Rat in the roof space. This was totally unrelated to the fitting of the roof. Despite this, the insulation was replaced and the roof made secure and watertight again. This was done at no cost to ourselves. An unbelievable service, one you don't see very often nowadays..

I phoned Roofsure to get a quote and they arrived the next day at the time we agreed. The guttering had slipped out of place in two places, so they put their ladders up to have a look, and reconnected both pipes straight away. They would not take any money for the job as it had been so quick. It's rare to get such honest and helpful workmen these days; I'd thoroughly recommend them.

I phoned Roofsure yesterday regarding the work. They came today, promptly. The bit of guttering that had come loose was difficult to access because it was attached to the roof, above a conservatory. Sorry it's taken us so long to leave a review for you - but with the recent awful rain we've been having - it's a very honest review now! Before Daryl and his team fixed our roof, we'd panic every time it rained as the roof leaked right over the bed... but over the last few days it has absolutely poured down and I can honestly say we are dry as a bone! A superb job and a top class bloke.
