This Contract was extensive refurbishment of the original property, including New Central Heating, Rewiring, New UPVC Double Glazing Creation of second bathroom, refitting of existing bathroom, New Fitted Kitchen and new pitched roof extention. An architect was employed by our Client to oversee the entire works, with whom we had weekly on site meetings. All stage payments were agreed with the architect and we have received payment for the final invoice. Our manager was taken into hospital for a couple of weeks during this work, but the architect resolved any problems with our employess and sub-contractors.

Rosewood builders did a great job and made several helpful suggestions that improved the outcome and saved money. They were friendly and gave us very little disruption, for a very competitive price. I would use them again!
