I recently had some cabling work that needed tidying up - the work done exceeded my expectations as they came up with a solution that meant everything was clean, tidy and large parts hidden away. I've used Rotech before for bigger/more complex jobs than this one and would not even consider using any other company because the standard of work is, and always has been to the very highest standards. Also Keith and his assistant are prompt, polite and professional. Just as important they are also very reliable.

He had to adapt his work to what he found under the floorboards as he went along, and moved all the furniture and lifted the carpets, returning everything to as it was, before completing the job. I have a rental property in Brighton and the tenant reported 3 of the 5 electric storage heaters weren't working. A different electrician had visited and quoted over a thousand pounds to replace them all. Then I contacted Keith, who arranged to visit property with the tenant, 1 day later, the trip switches inside the heaters had been reset, and all is working. Saving me the cost of replacing them! Brilliant service, highly recommended.

I must say that Keith and Chris did a fantastic job for me again. They are very considerate to the whole building process and offered advice to my clients on their lighting and power requirements. As with all jobs, some details were changed during the build process and they accommodated and adapted their work to these changes. RO TECH was a referral through a friend of mine and I was very impressed. Keith and the team at Rotech originally worked on the downstairs of our new property. The property itself is about 70yrs old and as it turns out needed a lot more work than we anticipated. Keith was very thorough and un-covered the fact that we needed a new fuse box in line with current regulations to help safe-guard the additional work carried out. The end result was a very clean, tidy and efficient finish throughout the entire downstairs area. Keith was courteous and polite throughout this process keeping us informed at all times. We very much felt as though we were in safe hands. We've since had Keith back to carry out some additional work throughout the upstairs of our property. Once again Keith proved to be a great find. Thorough, courteous and extremely flexible with his time (he even came and worked through one of the Bank holiday weekends to get the job done on time)! I would have no hesitation in recommending Keith and the team at Rotech and will no doubt be using their services again.

Having called in the boys from Rotech to resolve ongoing car park lighting issues we had last year, I had no hesitation in calling them out again when our office lights started to play up. Again, it was not a straight-forward fix as it was one of those irritating intermittent problems, but they sorted it. I would highly recommend them, they are so prompt and go out of their way to fit you in, keep you informed and are generally nice guys to deal with.

Very impressed! Put in a call to Rotech after finally having enough of the intermittent problems we were having with our Head Office car park lights, despite having had all the lights replaced! We thought the problem was cabling and would require the costly job of digging it all up, however Keith attended site on several occasions to eliminate probable causes (it wasn't immediately evident but he tenaciously stuck with it and in the end a faulty RCD was found to be the culprit and the lights are a problem no longer! Can highly recommend him, really nice to find someone who cares about getting the job done whilst keeping costs down for the customer.

Keith came around as soon as he could; explained what needed doing and why and how much it would cost and why - which I really appreciated. He turned up to do the work as agreed and did a great job! He also helped when Comet let me down - they were supposed to deliver and fit a new oven. They delivered the oven but said they couldn't fit it - I called Keith and he came round within the hour and everything was working perfectly in around 30 - 40 mins.

I just arrived back from holiday to find fridge and freezer defrosted and boiler not working. Looked on check a trade and Keith was the only electrician I could find answering his phone on a Sunday. He advised he would be around in 1/2 hr and he was, solved the problem and the charge was very reasonable. I will be using him in the future - brilliant
