This is the second time we have asked Tom to help us with a plumbing problem. As before, he arrived very promptly and attended to the faulty taps quickly and efficiently. He replaced a part on the tap which could be repaired and gave me very helpful advice about the other tap which will require replacement. As before he was very friendly and helpful.
