Home Visit to rectify a fault with the Electrics
Mightily impressed about the service RPM provides, called up just after 9am and he had arrived by 11am, spent some time looking into the fault, managed to resolve it and then tracked back to find the actual issue.  Pleasant to deal with and excellent manner. Would recommend him to anyone that needs an electrician for a cost effective solution without hesitation.

fixed issue with wireless security siren
Thoroughly impressed.  I spoke to Richard on Sunday and emailed to him a photo of the siren in situ and some data sheets on it. Then spoke later that day to arrange a visit.  He turned up this morning on time and fixed it. I am very pleased indeed and am glad I now know a reliable and value for money electrician.

Investigating electrical fault
RPM Electrician was absolutely fantastic - we had previously been given false information by an electrician who implied all the wiring in our house was faulty; we called RPM for a second opinion and they really helped us, firstly by discovering that we had no faults at all (!) and secondly offering advice on how to complete the work our previous electrician had started but not finished.  Richard was extremely reliable, friendly, trustworthy, worked very fast and even phoned us the next day to check we were happy with everything. We've since had no problems at all and everything is working perfectly...we're very relieved to have found someone who knew what they were talking about!  100% recommendation!
