I have some training in electrical matters and felt RPM were knowledgeable and well qualified. They were more than willing to discuss their work with me on a technical level and advise on that part of the rewiring that I undertook. I was amazed that they appeared happy to work like this. RPM Electrician was absolutely fantastic - we had previously been given false information by an electrician who implied all the wiring in our house was faulty; we called RPM for a second opinion and they really helped us, firstly by discovering that we had no faults at all (!) and secondly offering advice on how to complete the work our previous electrician had started but not finished. Richard was extremely reliable, friendly, trustworthy, worked very fast and even phoned us the next day to check we were happy with everything. We've since had no problems at all and everything is working perfectly...we're very relieved to have found someone who knew what they were talking about! 100% recommendation!

This was a slightly tricky job due to the location of the existing loop which the power feed had to be taken from however RPM found a way and provided exactly what was required. The electrician explained the options to me and checked I was happy throughout. It was a neat, clean and tidy job carried out professionally and with care. All parts were provided and although the required style of socket had been discontinued he was happy to switch sockets from another room to ensure a match. It is without hesitation that I have already highly recommended RPM!
