Cannot recommend highly enough. Russell and his colleague Simon went above and beyond the call of duty to replace my boiler. Found lots of problems from previous plumber, which caused no end of headaches. But Russell was determined to find the root cause and fix it. Which he did. Really superb. Efficient, polite, happy to explain everything, reasonably priced, doesn't overcharge, and all in all I wouldn't go to another plumber after this. Thank you Russell and Simon!

With very little notice, Russell was able to make an appointment for me and arrived on time on the day. He did a fantastic and very tidy job of removing my old hob and oven and fitting the brand new appliances. An estimated cost was given prior to the appointment, which was honoured upon completion. I would thoroughly recommend Russell and will definitely be using him again in the future. Top class!

I was extremely pleased with the work Russell carried out in my flat and the costs of the work. Given the age of my flat and the plumbing in there it was not a straightforward job and Russell was innovative in suggesting workable options for difficult plumbing problems. He carried out the work in an efficiency manner, taking time at the end to explain how the boiler and timer worked. The quality of his work and finish was excellent and I will certainly be recommending him to other friends.

If you want a plumber with 007 qualities, then Russell is the man for a job – always on time, fast, efficient (he must be forced to take a break), making an elegant work out of any mess of pipes left by the previous plumbers (like in my case). To a no surprise, his personal website, created by his wife, is as elegant and beautiful as the job he’s done (hopefully, they will pass their talents to their baby that is due in September).

Russell was professional from start to finish, from arriving promptly to estimate the work required, giving advice on various options, his quote came though within the next 48 hours. He worked over two days, each day arriving on time and worked throughout the day, tidying as he went along. When completed he went though the controls etc, and informed us to call him should we have any problems. He was courteous at all times and I would highly recommend him.

Russell is the ideal plumber. He showed up when he said he would and came prepared. Not only did he comes with his tools with him, but he brought parts he thought he might need after I described the problem to him. From the get go, I could tell Russell had years of experience behind him. When I called Russell I told him the overflow was coming from the water tank in the loft (another plumber thought so as well), but his sharp reasoning allowed him to deduce the overflow might come from somewhere more easily accessible - the downstairs toilet. He was right and Russell went on the job very efficiently, taking the time to explain not only the problem but also what he's doing to fix it. He was very efficient; his rates are fair, and I fully recommend him to anyone with no reservation whatsoever.
