  Guttering

  They initially came to quote for guttering clean and wiring replaced round solar panels. Was given time and date for work but they did not arrive. No telephone call. Rebooted eventually but again no show. Unprofessional as no contact, we had to chase them to find out reason Again told they were let down! My argument is they could contact clients rather than nothing. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

  Asked for quote, didn’t have time to look properly and never returned

  Enquired about a quote for a localised repair to the front of my house and also a general overhaul of rainwater goods as not in good shape. Chap turned up, friendly enough but wouldn’t look at the rainwater goods to the rear as he was a “bit busy”. Explained I wanted quote for full overhaul as no point doing localised repair if I’m going to overhaul the lot. Said he’d come back later, but was left with the distinct impression that that was unlikely and never returned. No problem, will use someone else. Can’t comment on the actual work they do as never got that far.

  I had my gutters cleared and my facias and soffits cleaned.

  Along with other work (see my other review for same company) I wanted my gutters cleared and my facias and soffits cleaned. I met with the owner first to say what I wanted done and he was extremely helpful. I had a quote for the work two days later which I thought was very reasonable. The work was undertaken without any fuss or problems and the roofers were extremely nice and friendly. My property was left clean and tidy. If I needed any further work done I would use Russell Roofing with out doubt. 1st Class.

  Gutter cleaning

  Had Russell roofing round to clean guttering. Good job done all round. Punctual, polite and cleaned up after the works. Would definitely recommend them.
