Work was done in Guildbourne court flat where Tony lives and two industrial diseases have prevented him working for 20 years. Rustington Glazing did a quote in March 2010 but for health reasons it couldn't be done until May 2012. Rustington Glazing held their price at 2010 quote to help Tony. This is so appreciated.

Response from Rustington Glazing:
My first visit to the customer was on Monday 30th January. A written quote was sent out on the 31st January to include 5 replacement sealed units within the existing conservatory. The customer accepted our written quote and dates where agreed for the survey appointment (to measure) for Monday 13th February and the fitting date 28th February. At the survey appointment, carried out by my colleague (his first call at the property), he asked the customer for confirmation of the sealed units which were to be replaced, because he could see there where more than five. The customer gave clear instructions as to which units where to be replaced and actually stood there while my colleague measured the five we were going to replace. When the job was completed the customer requested a price for the additional 2 large front sealed units to be replaced. I then contacted the customer only then to be told that we had replaced the wrong units, I explained the situation and as an honest gesture I offered to replace the additional large front units at cost only with no margin and no labour charge. The customer accepted this. I then got back to him later and gave him a price by leaving an answerphone message. This was followed by a rather abrupt reply on my answer phone. I feel this is unfair and unjustified.
