I am originally from the Netherlands and have been living with my wife and family in the Southbourne area running this business for the last 5 years with a previous experience of 12 years back in Holland.

Kitchen, path etc.

Cloakroom tile floor and new door
Originally we asked Ruud to tile the floor of a cloakroom and remove old and install a new pan and cistern. We were pleased with the workmanship and the result and asked him to come back and fit new door. Again, we were more than happy. Ruud is a very polite and competent tradesman. We'd have him back in our house in a heartbeat. We also highly recommend him.

Fitted out utility room
Our utility area and downstairs toilet was like an outbuilding. Ruud moved the electrical sockets, plaster boarded (we had to get somebody else to plaster), then came back and painted, put skirting board, tiled the toilet floor area and fitted new units in the utility room (including fitting and plumbing a new sink). He has totally transformed the room to make it part of the house now. He was also very obliging when we changed our mind on the layout of the new units so he had to remove one of the cupboards he had fitted and put it somewhere else! Excellent service. We always use Ruud for other jobs around the house as well.

Put in laminate floor and new skirting. Built in housing for new wardrobe and fitted sliding mirror doors. Put in shelving. Decorated whole room.
Ruud did an excellent job of completely refurbishing a bedroom. He took out the old skirting. Put in a new laminate floor and then put in a new skirting covering up any existing pipes and wires. He built wardrobe housing and fitted mirror sliding doors. He also put in some shelves then decorated the room top to bottom also fitting a new ceiling light. He collected most of the materials himself and was tidy, efficient and did the work in the time scheduled. We have since used Ruud for other maintenance repairs in our bathroom and as usual he was true to his word and did the work at a very reasonable price and supplying materials. We will use him again for sure. Thanks Ruud.
