As a fully trained & skilled carpenter with over 25 years’ experience within the building industry, I am proud to be part of the family business that is Rydon & Sons Ltd.
Although my main trade is carpentry: over the years I have gained a vast amount of knowledge of the general building trade which allows me to offer you a huge range of services, all carried out with exceptional care and attention to detail.
I consider myself & my team to be a good, honest tradesman who are brilliant at their job and enjoy what they do. So if you are looking for a small renovation job or a complete new build (built and decorated), please consider Rydon & Sons and you won’t be disappointed.
Over the years I have worked for several well-known large building firms, again adding to my knowledge and expertise within the building trade. I have worked on such projects including: shopping centres, schools, hospitals and listed properties, as well as residential properties.
I will happily take on the whole job you have planned and project manage everything, which means that you don’t have to worry about enlisting different traders for the various elements of your job. Most of the work can be carried out by Rydon & Sons, but should we need to instruct another trader (in particular Electricians or Gas Engineers) we have several guys that we have used for many years and have great reputations with and trust that their work is of the same high standard as mine.
We will only ever take on one project at a time, so you will always have our undivided attention, until the work is fully complete and you are fully satisfied.

Darren has painted and wall papered throughout the house and the front of house painted. Recently he gutter out my upstairs bathroom and had a new bathroom suite put in then tiled the complete bathroom.
Very pleased with work and cleared all mess and left it tidy.

We had a loft conversion and various carpentry jobs around the house.
The work was of a very high standard and at a reasonable price. The workmen always left the house tidy each night, they arrived on time each day. Very polite and professional service.
