I found both Stuart and Bradley to be extremely professional and polite. They were quick to offer solutions to a few problems we encountered in the bathroom (none of it their fault!!) and willing to listen to what I wanted. Extremely helpful and friendly. We had a single storey extension built on the back of the house which included a new fitted kitchen utility room with down stairs toilet. Stuarts work is of a very high standard all the way through the build we were kept up to date of what he was going to achieve within the given time period. I would recommend S A H for any building work. We kept a photographic diary of the build and the finished job is everything we wanted.

Arranged for Stu to come out and do a quote on a leaky pipe imbedded in a wall. When arrived he asked if her could have a dig around and quickly found the problem. The leak was so bad he fixed it immediately and gave us advice on drying out and how to deal with our insurers.

Stuart was a very friendly and personable builder. He knew what he was talking about and always advised us if the work we wanted to do could not be done. He would always come up with suggestions for better ways to achieve the results we wanted. We had a lot of difficulties with our kitchen supplier which frustratingly delayed completion of the work. Stuart then had a pre-booked holiday to take before the job was completed which was not his fault. Overall Stuart was trustworthy and honest and had a key for our house at all times. He also was very careful to ensure that our dog was kept secure and not stressed by the work. Overall we were satisfied with the work carried out.

He fixed the leak efficiently and 24hrs later seams OK. I can't comment on price quotation or value for money as I didn't ask for a quote and don't know plumbers hourly rates or prices.

Stuart is a really nice, polite and very busy guy! He arrived exactly when he said he would and wasted no time to get stuck in to the work at hand. He did everything we asked and a little bit more. He corrected mistakes that previous workmen had made and took all the 'little extras' in his stride. His workmanship is top notch. From the start we could tell that he would do a good job by his manner and excellent suggestions about what to purchase and where to purchase from.
