The customer contacted me to install spotlights and replace a pull cord light switch with a wall mounted switch. Customer advised me she had booked a plasterer to carry out some work on her property, after talking her through exactly what would need to take place in order to carry out her works I strongly recommended she put off the plastering until after the electrical works had taken place. I believe I did make the customer fully aware of what was required. I am very sorry if she misunderstood, she told me she was happy to proceed with the work. I did use another fully qualified electrician to help me with this job who has completed various jobs for me before and since this one and the feedback I have always received has been very favourable as other feedback cards on here will confirm. In relation to the certificates, they were issued to the customer. I was not made aware that she had not received them otherwise I would have sent duplicates as I have now done. Customer service is my top priority and I am confident that this is shown through other feedback which has been registered on Checkatrade.
