The most recent visit by Sean was earlier today.  I contacted him very early this morning when I got up and found I had no heating. I realised he might not be able to come, but this proved no problem.  He was, once again brilliant. Really knowledgeable and informative, polite and courteous and he knows his stuff.  He is very straightforward so you don't feel you are being ripped-off, which is all too rare nowadays.   His previous visit a couple of months ago was equally reassuring and impressive which is why I called him again. Then I had feared a large bill, as my pressure had dropped requiring my boiler to be topped up almost every hour.  He knew precisely what the problem was and solved it immediately and without fuss, and was not expensive. I'm keeping his card close by - I know who to call next time!

Phoned Sean just before 9am and he arrived just before lunch.  He quickly and accurately identified the boiler problem (a faulty gas valve), and fitted a replacement part. He also gave the boiler a thorough service and clean.  His price was lower than I was expecting, and he left everything neat and tidy. Thought he was very friendly, and explained exactly what was wrong.
