1. Stop the shower from running continuously. 2. Make the central heating work inc. Bleeding radiator. 3. Fit a new toilet seat.
The proprietor was up front about the price per hour. He was polite and left the place tidy. The jobs done left the system working satisfactorily.

Locating and fixing a leak due to a flood in the garage below
They were extremely thorough when trying to find the burst pipe which could have been anywhere under the floor boards (which would have been a nightmare) But they ensured that they exhausted all other possibilties first. When located, they fixed it asap and ensured that everything was safe and no longer leaking. They were extremely friendly during the whole process and I was very happy with their work and effciency of fixing the problem

Remove old back boiler and install new combi
The work was carried out to a high standard by Sam Mercer who seemed to work like 3 men from a previous install by a large company Sam done the work of a gang in less days

Change dripping kitchen tap for new
Highly recommend, did not hide anything, he even went and obtained a catalogue for us to choose the tap, which he ordered, informed us it would take about 24 hours to get the tap, told us it should be Wednesday, which it did and fitted it that day. Very tidy, obliging, reliable, even though he had a difficult time, would recommend him to all in Eastbourne area, would use him again to do bathroom, (have all ready ask and would let him know when) he did not mind being paid by cheque. You can pay on the day or send invoice.
