Highly recommend, did not hide anything, he even went and obtained a catalogue for us to choose the tap, which he ordered, informed us it would take about 24 hours to get the tap, told us it should be Wednesday, which it did and fitted it that day. Very tidy, obliging, reliable, even though he had a difficult time, would recommend him to all in Eastbourne area, would use him again to do bathroom, (have all ready ask and would let him know when) he did not mind being paid by cheque. You can pay on the day or send invoice.

Fitted ball valve on the 10 March 2009, tried to repair the 3 way valve found out needed new valve so final bill was more, came back 11 March 2009 didn't call me to tell me he was going to be late I had to call him, was stressed when he arrived, the work done was ok

My kitchen radiator leaked very badly and flooded the kitchen. I phoned Checkatrade and was given the number of Sam Mercer. He was with me in 15 minutes and corrected the fault within 45 minutes. I would recommend them.
